Project HOPE is a resource for issues surrounding LGBT health, providing services
to LGBT individuals within the 15 counties of Northeastern New York.


GET TESTED: We have several options for you.

Project HOPE offers FREE and confidential HIV and STI testing.

Walk-in testing hours are from 9:30am-12pm and 1pm-4pm every Mon, Tues and Thurs (NO TESTING 12PM-1PM.)


GET LINKED: Hook UP to our many services.

Project HOPE offers a variety of different linkage and navigation services to LGBT individuals and other men who have sex with men seeking to access health and human services, through Link2Care.


HIV/STI 101: The basics of HIV and STI prevention.

HIV and STI (Sexually Transmitted Infections) are spread mainly during oral, anal or vaginal sex. Most STI can be prevented by the proper use of a condom and other risk reductions methods. Find out more here!
